How to use (3 options):
1. To diffuse in the bedroom, please add 8-10 drops into a quality diffuser and diffuse for 1-2 hours before sleep.
2. For inhalation, add 3-4 drops onto your palm. Warm the essential oil by rubbing your palms together, then proceed to cup your hands to your nose and breathe deeply for at least 10 times.
3. For maximum benefit, 10-12 drops of this blend from the base of your neck all the way down your spine to the spinal tail bone, then from the ankles to the heels of your feet. Gently message took the essential oil is fully absorbed into the skin.

I’ve always been hunching or easily sit with a bad posture ( I bliv everyone does ).
