We are currently collaborating with OCDEE. If you order any OCDEE products through us, they will be delivered directly by OCDEE's logistics team. OCDEE will manage the delivery process and communicate with you regarding the tracking and delivery of your order.

For ANEW Product:

Your order will be delivered using Lalamove, J&T Cargo, J&T Express, Flash, or our dedicated driver and vehicle, based on the address given. Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number notification will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. This tracking number enables you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery easily. Please make sure that you are at home on the scheduled delivery day to receive your order.

NOTE: If you have a special delivery request, such as scheduling delivery dates, calling in advance, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to us directly after placing your order.

Certainly, we offer installation services for your convenience, and these services come with an additional cost. It's important to note that this service is presently limited to the Klang Valley area.

On-Site Installation Service Arrangement:

Our installer will utilize our transportation to reach your location, where they will be on standby. Subsequently, our team will arrange delivery using our transportation to transport the unassembled smart desk and ergonomic chair. Upon arrival, the installer will receive the items and proceed with the installation.

Delivery Schedule:

Installer Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Excluding Public Holidays)

Time Slots: Between 10 am - 4 pm

NOTE:

The on-site installation process is anticipated to take approximately 1.5 to 3 hours.

Our team will depart from our warehouse to your address, in accordance with the time slots you have chosen. The installation fees are determined based on the total weight of the order.

Additionally, if you choose 'without installation service' during the checkout process, you have the option to self-install the items, as the installation guide is included inside the boxes for your convenience.

It is made from Cold-formed stainless steel with magnetic properties. It is lightweight yet high strength, non-combustible in nature and easy to install. For these reasons it is increasingly being used as the primary structural system for buildings up to 9 stories tall.

Each shelf can hold up to 40kg in weight with a total supporting weight of 120kg.

No drilling or stickers are needed which would damage your wall. It is designed to be installed without any tools needed. Simply just put the parts together and adjust the shelfing system based on your own preference.
