We only accept iPay88 Malaysia and online bank transfer at the moment. If you require assistance with finalising your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, so your order may already be on its way to you. As a result, we advise you to double-check your order at the checkout. However, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we'll do everything we can to assist you.
Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed once your order has been placed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
After successfully placing your order, we'll send you an email confirming the details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message with tracking information.
For Pre-Orders & Customized Orders:
Check your order confirmation email and invoice for the estimated shipping date. This is when we expect your order to be restocked and sent to you.
As soon as your order reaches our warehouse, we'll work to dispatch it promptly. You'll then get a shipping notification either via email or WhatsApp, including tracking details.

Shipping & Installation
Your order will be delivered using Lalamove, J&T Cargo, J&T Express, Flash, or our dedicated driver and vehicle, based on the address given. Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number notification will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. This tracking number enables you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery easily. Please make sure that you are at home on the scheduled delivery day to receive your order.
NOTE: If you have a special delivery request, such as scheduling delivery dates, calling in advance, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to us directly after placing your order.
We deliver to residential or commercial addresses in both East and West Malaysia for all products. Additionally, we do provide shipment to Singapore, but it is only available exclusively for Ergonomic Cushions and Accessories.
NOTE: For other countries that are not listed here, please reach out to us directly and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to deliver our products to you.
Free shipping is available for orders within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia and Singapore orders, the shipping cost is determined by factors like your location and the total weight of the order. Certainly, we offer installation services for your convenience, and these services come with an additional cost. It's important to note that this service is presently limited to the Klang Valley area.
On-Site Installation Service Arrangement:
Our installer will utilize our transportation to reach your location, where they will be on standby.
Subsequently, our team will arrange delivery using our transportation to transport the unassembled smart desk and ergonomic chair. Upon arrival, the installer will receive the items and proceed with the installation.
Delivery Schedule:
Installer Availability: Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays in KL and Selangor)
Time Slots: Between 10 am - 4 pm
NOTE:
The on-site installation process is anticipated to take approximately 1.5 to 3 hours. Our team will depart from our warehouse to your address, in accordance with the time slots you have chosen.
The installation fees are determined based on the total weight of the order. Additionally, if you choose 'without installation service' during the checkout process, you have the option to self-install the items, as the installation guide is included inside the boxes for your convenience.

Under normal conditions and subject to stock availability, orders normally will be processed within 2-3 working days, and then delivered within 2-5 working days in West Malaysia and 14-21 working days in East Malaysia. However, if customising tabletop is involved, the production and shipping may take approximately 3 weeks.
** There can be an occasional delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time in this case we may notify you through email or Whatsapp.
** Please be aware that ANEW will not be held accountable for shipping delays caused by customs or carrier issues, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

The commencement of our warranty period is contingent upon the date of receipt of your product, as indicated in our delivery records for your specific order. From this date onward, we commit to the repair or replacement of all products found to be defective.
1. Damage or issues not related to an incomplete set of parts or defects identified during the delivery process for adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and ergonomic cushions.
2. Any defects or damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or failure to adhere to the specified guidelines for installation, use, and maintenance.
3. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, or dents that may occur during regular use.
4. Damages resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs made by individuals not authorised by ANEW.
5. Issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
6. Defects or damages caused by the use of accessories, components, or replacement parts not supplied or approved by ANEW.
7. Any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or inconvenience.

The warranty provided by ANEW is non-transferable, meaning it is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users. The benefits and coverage outlined in the warranty statement are specifically tied to the individual or entity that initially acquired the product from ANEW. Consequently, any attempt to transfer the warranty to another party is deemed null and void, and the warranty coverage is not extended to individuals or entities beyond the original purchaser. This limitation on transferability is in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in ANEW's warranty policy.
