At ANEW, we are committed to providing high-quality ergonomic products designed to support your comfort and productivity. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms applicable to all ANEW ergonomic chairs.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period is valid for three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered:
1. Incomplete Set of Parts Upon Delivery
If the chair arrives with missing components, customers must report the issue within three (3) days of receiving the product. Upon verification, ANEW will ship the missing parts at no additional cost.

2. Defects Identified Upon Delivery
If any part of the chair is found to be defective or damaged during the delivery process, customers must notify ANEW within seven (7) days of receipt. Upon assessment, ANEW will provide a replacement for the affected part(s) at no extra charge.

3. Defects in Mechanical Components
Any significant defects in mechanical parts such as the gas lift, tilt mechanism, or recline functions that occur within the warranty period under normal usage will be covered. ANEW will repair or replace the defective components based on the severity and nature of the issue.

What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear including fabric fading, scratches, or discoloration due to prolonged use.
- Damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly.
- Damage resulting from use outside of the intended purpose or commercial use (unless specified).
- Damage due to accidents, spills, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

Warranty Claim Process:
- To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.
- A description of the problem encountered.

Once the claim is received, ANEW will assess the case and inform the customer of the next steps. If the issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, the necessary repair or replacement will be arranged promptly.

Limitation of Liability:
ANEW’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts as outlined above. This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

1. Shipping
- Free shipping is provided for all orders within West Malaysia.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total order weight. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

2. Installation Service
- We offer optional on-site installation within the Klang Valley for an additional fee.
- Charges vary depending on the total weight of your order. Our professional installer will deliver and assemble your items at your preferred time slot for added convenience.

3. Delivery & Installation Schedule
- Available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Time slots available: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

4. Self-Collection
You may opt to collect your order directly from our warehouse at the following address:
