Warranty >>
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for a period of three (3) years from the date you receive the item.
- Any missing components must be reported within three (3) days of receipt, and any delivery-related defects must be reported within seven (7) days.
- Upon verification, replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost.
- This warranty includes significant defects in mechanical components such as the gas lift, tilt mechanism, and recline functions, occurring within the warranty period under normal use.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including fabric fading, scratches, or discoloration), misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, commercial use (unless specified), accidents, spills, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos of the issue and contact ANEW via anew.enquiry@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6012-2038128.
ANEW’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components in accordance with the terms stated above.

1. Shipping
- Free shipping is provided for all orders within West Malaysia.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total order weight. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.
2. Installation Service
- We offer optional on-site installation within the Klang Valley for an additional fee.
- Charges vary depending on the total weight of your order. Our professional installer will deliver and assemble your items at your preferred time slot for added convenience.
3. Delivery & Installation Schedule
- Available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Time slots available: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
