For KL & Selangor: Our team will arrange a free pick-up service from your location.

For Other States: Kindly prepare the shipment and bear the shipping cost to deliver the old furniture to our HQ.

Terms and Conditions for ANEW Trade-In Program

Eligibility

1. The Trade-In Program is open to all customers who purchase new products from ANEW and have eligible old ANEW furniture or other office furniture for trade-in.

2. Only ANEW old furniture is eligible for the 20% rebate. Old office chairs and loose office desks from other brands are eligible for a 10% discount.

Trade-In Details

Trade-In Items:
1. Old office chair: 10% off new purchase
2. ANEW old ergonomic chair: 20% off new purchase
3. Old loose office desk: 10% off new purchase
4. ANEW old smart desk: 20% off new purchase

Eligibility of Items: Items must be in usable condition. ANEW reserves the right to reject items that are heavily damaged or unusable.

Discounts and Rebates

1. The discounts and rebates apply only to the purchase of new ANEW products and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

2. The discount or rebate is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Pick-Up and Delivery

1. Free pick-up service is available within KL & Selangor for traded-in items.

2. Customers must schedule the pick-up through WhatsApp at 012-2038128.

Program Duration

1. The Trade-In Program is subject to change or cancellation at ANEW's discretion. Any changes will be communicated via ANEW's official channels.

Sustainability Commitment

1. Traded-in furniture will be refurbished, if necessary, and donated to local charities, schools, and non-profit organizations.

2. The program promotes a circular economy by encouraging customers to exchange old furniture for a discount rather than disposing of it.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the traded-in furniture is available for pick-up at the agreed time.

2. Any costs associated with the removal of furniture that is not eligible or fails to meet the program's requirements are the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

1. ANEW is not responsible for any damages or losses related to the trade-in process or the use of traded-in furniture.

Changes to Terms

1. ANEW reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on ANEW's website or other official communication channels.
