21-Day Trial Returns

1. Our 21-day trial applies to ergonomic chairs, smart desks, and other eligible products.

2. If you are not satisfied with your product within the 21-day trial period, you may return it for a refund of 95% of the original payment, provided the item is in its original condition.

4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories.

5. Return shipping fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

General Returns

1. For products not covered under the 21-day trial, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a refund of 95% of the original payment.

2. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

3. Return shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

Refund Process

1. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund for 95% of the payment.

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement.

2. ANEW will cover return shipping for defective or damaged products.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed once your order has been placed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. If a cancellation is requested and accepted before the order is processed, we will refund 95% of the original payment.
