This bundle includes separate warranty coverage for each product under normal usage conditions.
Smart Desk Lite (5 Years Warranty)
- Covers manufacturing defects related to the motor and control panel for five (5) years from the date you receive the item.
- Missing parts or delivery-related defects must be reported within three (3) days of receipt.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost upon verification.
- Warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, spills, power surges, and commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
Ergonomic Chair (3 Years Warranty)
- Covers manufacturing defects in materials and mechanical components (gas lift, tilt mechanism, recline functions) for three (3) years from the date you receive the item.
- Missing parts must be reported within three (3) days, and delivery-related defects within seven (7) days of receipt.Replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost upon verification.
- Warranty excludes wear and tear, fabric fading, scratches, discoloration, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, accidents, spills, extreme conditions, and commercial use unless specified.
To submit a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue, and contact ANEW via anew.enquiry@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6012-2038128.
ANEW’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts in accordance with the terms stated above.

1. Shipping
- Free shipping is provided for all orders within West Malaysia.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total order weight. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.
2. Installation Service
- Free on-site installation is available within Klang Valley.
- Our professional team will deliver and assemble your items at your preferred time slot for your convenience.
- Installation service is not available outside Klang Valley.
3. Delivery & Installation Schedule
- Available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Time slots available: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
