Shipping Policy
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered using Lalamove, J&T Cargo, J&T Express, Flash, or our dedicated driver and vehicle, based on the address given. Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number notification will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. This tracking number enables you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery easily. Please make sure that you are at home on the scheduled delivery day to receive your order.
NOTE: If you have a special delivery request, such as scheduling delivery dates, calling in advance, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to us directly after placing your order.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver to residential or commercial addresses in both East and West Malaysia for all products. Additionally, we do provide shipment to Singapore, but it is only available exclusively for Ergonomic Cushions and Accessories.
NOTE: For other countries that are not listed here, please reach out to us directly and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to deliver our products to you.

How much will shipping cost?
Free shipping is available for orders within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia and Singapore orders, the shipping cost is determined by factors like your location and the total weight of the order. This cost will be calculated during the checkout process.Â

Do you offer installation service?
Certainly, we offer installation services for your convenience, and these services come with an additional cost. It's important to note that this service is presently limited to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The installation fees are determined based on the total weight of the order. Additionally, if you choose 'without installation service' during the checkout process, you have the option to self-install the items, as the installation guide is included inside the boxes for your convenience.Â

How long is the duration for delivery?
Under normal conditions and subject to stock availability, orders normally will be processed within 2-3 working days, and then delivered within 2-5 working days in West Malaysia and 14-21 working days in East Malaysia. However, if customizing tabletop is involved, the production and shipping may take approximately 3 weeks.Â
** There can be an occasional delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time in this case we may notify you through email or WhatsApp.Â
** Please be aware that ANEW will not be held accountable for shipping delays caused by customs or carrier issues, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

How do I track my order?
After successfully placing your order, we'll send you an email confirming the details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message with tracking information.
For Pre-Orders & Customized Orders:
Check your order confirmation email and invoice for the estimated shipping date. This is when we expect your order to be restocked and sent to you.
As soon as your order reaches our warehouse, we'll work to dispatch it promptly. You'll then get a shipping notification either via email or WhatsApp, including tracking details.

Do I have to be at the shipping address to get my order?
Ensuring the safe delivery of your purchase is our priority. Hence, all orders require you or a substitute of yours to accept them upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking details to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcels.

Certainly, we would be pleased to accommodate your request. Please provide your order ID, and our team will annotate your preference. Kindly specify the desired delivery date, and we will ensure your order reaches you on the specified date.
