- This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the motor and control panel under normal usage conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
- Any missing components or delivery-related defects must be reported within three (3) days of receipt. Upon verification, replacement parts will be provided at no additional cost.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, accidents, spills, power surges, or commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.
- To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos of the issue and contact ANEW via anew.enquiry@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +6012-2038128.
ANEW’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components in accordance with the terms stated above.

1. Shipping
- Free shipping is provided for all orders within West Malaysia.
- For deliveries to East Malaysia, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total order weight. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.
2. Installation Service
- We offer optional on-site installation within the Klang Valley for an additional fee.
- Charges vary depending on the total weight of your order. Our professional installer will deliver and assemble your items at your preferred time slot for added convenience.
3. Delivery & Installation Schedule
- Available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Time slots available: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
